All reservations made through Lermonteno are subject to the refund and cancellation terms associated with the selected room type, villa, package, or promotional offer.
Eligibility for refunds depends on the cancellation conditions selected at the time of booking. Certain promotional, discounted, and non-refundable rates may not qualify for a refund.
Guests may request to cancel or modify their reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy provided during the booking process.
Where applicable, reservations may be cancelled free of charge within the cancellation period specified at the time of booking.
If a reservation is cancelled after the permitted cancellation period, Lermonteno reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which may include the first night’s stay or the full booking amount.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice may result in the reservation being treated as a no-show, and no refund may be issued.
Guests who choose to depart earlier than the confirmed check-out date may not be eligible for a refund for unused nights unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.
Bookings made under non-refundable rates, promotional offers, discounted packages, or special villa rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, and certain third-party booking fees may be non-refundable.
Requests to change reservation dates, room categories, villa selections, or guest information are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Lermonteno shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or refund obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or public health emergencies.
Reservations made through third-party travel agencies or booking platforms may be subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those providers.
Refund exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Lermonteno in cases involving medical emergencies, travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances.
