Due to the nature of consumable products, opened tea products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund upon review.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Return Shipping
